KMGSA is a girls softball association affiliated with the City of Kitchener who work together to improve girls health while teaching them a great sport and making friendships that will last a lifetime. Each year there are hundreds of girls between the ages of 4 and 19 that participate in one of our softball programs.
MISSION STATEMENT
To provide young girls in our community with an opportunity to learn & develop softball skills at both the recreational and competitive levels. We are committed to creating an enjoyable experience for all our players, coaches and fans. We believe our program must help in developing our athletes both on and off the diamond through discipline, teamwork and physical well being, all of which will help our players to become better members of our community.
OBJECTIVE
To provide, improve and foster the development of softball skills for girls between the ages of 5-19 years of age. To teach and encourage good sportsmanship, fair play, teamwork, citizenship and community spirit through active competition and enjoyment of the game of softball. To offer leadership opportunities to current and past players. To promote the game of softball across our region.
