This FREE program is running Monday and Wednesday nights until May 1 in the gym at Meadowlane School from 6:30 to 8pm and is perfect for your player to bring friends to see if they want to play softball. Houseleague players are welcome to attend to get prepped for Houseleague season. Bring Friends.. Tell everyone!
Photo day will be Saturday May 10, and there will be Kitchener Softball Swag for your player to order if interested. For questions, email hlvp@kmgsa.com
Follow on Instagram, for great ways to support your sister teams as they prepare for season. On April 3, went to Elmira to play BINGO, to support the U17 Black team. On Thursday April 24, we are headed to ERNIE’S in Cambridge at 5:30 for dinner to raise funds for their team. There are lots of ways we can support each other all season.
We are proud to announce we will be offering free clinics to our Houseleague player this season at the Turfhouse to offer extra instruction on catching, pitching, infield, defence and batting. You can sign your player up for “houseleague fundamentals” to help your player develop this season. More info to follow at www.kmgsa.com (we are still confirming instructors – so stay tuned!)
Coaches we will be reaching out in a few weeks as we are still accepting registration for players!
Mark your Calendars! On Sunday May 4, we are offering an intro coaches clinic at the Turfhouse, to all our Houseleague Coaches, and are encouraging parents to join us. The best way to develop your player to be competitive, is if you know how to practice with them. Keep an eye on www.kmgsa.com for times as we get closer to the date. We are doing everything we can to develop your players, but we will need your help. So please come on out, and learn how you can support these amazing players.
If your player has shown an interest in Select Play, bring them to Waterloo Collegiate on Saturday May 3. All Select Coaches will be doing assessments. Please reach out to hlvp@kmgsa.com or look on the website for timing details.
It was a huge success. Thank you to Coach Kenzie and Coach Jacob. We will definitely be running one or two weeks this summer. Details to be determined.
Thank you to all our volunteers and players who have been helping out over the past month. We could not do it without you!
